Clean up unused code and dependencies

- Remove commented-out code in Rust and TypeScript files
- Remove unused npm dependencies (@tauri-apps/plugin-http, @tauri-apps/plugin-sql, fuse.js)
- Remove commented imports in nuxt.config.ts
- Remove commented dependencies in Cargo.toml
